How can I access Maryland regulations in COMAR and the Maryland Register?

The Maryland Carey Law community can access Maryland regulations in the Maryland Register and Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) from the following sources:
Maryland Register:
- Lexis from 2000 to current in text format only, not in PDF.
- Division of State Documents for the 3 most recent issues in text format only, not in PDF.
- State Publications Depository & Distribution Program from 2009 to 2019 in PDF format.
- Directory of Public and University Libraries with archives of the Maryland Register (some libraries as far back as 1974- ).
Additionally, the Maryland Register from 1974 to current is available in print at call number KFM1235 .A2, or just ask us for help.
COMAR:
- Lexis has the most recent COMAR.
- Westlaw provides COMAR from 2002-present.
- Division of State Documents provides the most recent COMAR.
In addition, COMAR in print is updated regularly and is available in our Maryland Reference stacks at call number KFM1235.
